Close your eyes and imagine you’re in a lush jungle in Bali. You look up into the foliage and see an 8,000 square foot, six-story home, constructed out of bamboo. Sounds like a dream right? Wrong. Home made its debut in 2020 as a cutting-edge docuseries hosted by the Apple TV+ platform. Apple describes the docuseries as "(guiding the audience) inside the world's most extraordinary homes and unveils the boundary-pushing imagination of the visionaries who dared to dream and build them." After the success of the first season, Apple TV+ announced the release of the second season in June of 2022.
Season 2 will showcase 10 new amazing homes from all around the world. Some locations include Long Island, Australia, South Africa, and Iceland. What sets apart Home from other architectural shows is the storytelling element. Home is more than just a home show. The creators dig deeper and unveil what it really means to make a house a home. Season 2 will be produced by the famed production studio, A24. We cannot wait to see what extraordinary properties they focus on this upcoming season.
