It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Timothy N. Tamura, founder and leader of VALIA Properties. After a long battle with cancer, he died peacefully in Newport Beach, CA, surrounded by his loving family.
As the driving force behind VALIA Properties, Tim’s vision, dedication, and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the brokerage’s success and reputation. His heartfelt approach to fostering relationships, coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence, left an indelible mark on the community we are so fortunate to serve.
Despite this tremendous loss, VALIA Properties will remain strong and committed to upholding the values Tim instilled in the brokerage to serve his cherished community of Corona del Mar. His legacy will continue to inspire us, and we will honor his memory by growing the relationships and work for which he was so passionate.
Tim is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy, and his two sons, Alexander and Nicholas. The Tamura Family, along with our entire team, would like to extend the most heartfelt appreciation to all who have offered their support during Tim’s illness.
The family requests privacy during this time of grief, as we come together to remember, honor, and celebrate the extraordinary life of a remarkable leader, father, and friend.
